Every year, undergraduates at the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ start their college experience, often in cavernous classrooms, learning alongside dozens, if not hundreds, of their peers. Vice Provost and Dean of Undergraduate Academic Affairs Ed Taylor chats with Director of the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Resilience Lab Megan Kennedy about how students, faculty and staff can create a more supportive, compassionate environment in which to learn and discover as the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ community comes back to the campuses and recovers from the traumas of the last two years.
