Cholesterol study
The Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ School of Medicine Division of Endocrinology is looking for black male volunteers between the ages of 19 and 70 to participate in a cholesterol study. Black men are known to have higher levels of HDL (the good cholesterol) than white men and Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ researchers are studying the underlying reasons. Participants will visit the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ for a blood draw. Each person will receive his blood cholesterol levels and $25 compensation, as well as free parking and a full breakfast.
