The Killam Fellowships Program, which is based in Ottawa, has expanded to the western United States, and the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ is one of the first partner institutions.
Lucas Olson, a student in international studies and economics, and Reva Robinson, an honors student in linguistics, have been awarded the first two Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ fellowships. The program enables two to four Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ students per year to study at a Canadian partner institution for a semester or an academic year. The fellowships are worth up to $10,000 and include health care benefits. Olson will study at the University of Victoria this fall and Robinson will study at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario.
